Our aesthetics curriculum focuses on skin care, body treatments, make-up and waxing, positioning students for employment in the region’s most sophisticated spas and treatment facilities. You will learn to analyze the skin and custom blend treatments designed to specifically suit your clients’ skin needs. And you’ll gain hands-on experience in our elegant treatment rooms. In addition, this course includes 150 hours of business fundamentals, including management, marketing and further technical training.
The Managing Aesthetics course is a part-time program. Students begin attending (for the first 5 months) Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5pm – 9pm, and Saturday from 8:30am – 3:15pm. When students progress to the senior portion of the course, there are no Wednesday evening classes, and students are required to pick up additional customized day hours, which allow students to accelerate the course.
